We are not just your regular gym we are the place where you lose yourself for an hour and focus on yourself in a community that has come together and shares the same goal: to become fit, and healthy. Our Classes are Made to Fit Everyone's Needs and Fitness Levels...
Ironstone Fitness offers different options to achieve your fitness goals. Primarily we offer Group Bootcamp style training. Additionally we offer Fitness Kick Boxing as well as one-on-one personal training.
Group training options are offered in a women only setting, known as the Iron Angels or if you are interested in working out with your partner or significant other, we offer co-ed sessions.
If you are new to exercise, not to worry. Even though you are participating in a group class, we will provide guidance and modify exercises to your fitness level so that you are still able to participate and enjoy the group experience.
Not Into the Group Setting? No Problem!

We offer One-on-One Personal Training. We will put an exercise routine and meal plan together tailored made specifically to you and work with you to train and coach you to get you real results!
Corporate/Team Building Sessions
We offer obstacle course training to not only condition your team for the event but also teach different techniques to master the obstacles that will be faced on the day of the race.

I joined the 12 WEEK CHALLENGE with the goal of losing 10 lbs before our cruise in December. We were given an individualized nutrition plan which never left me starving. Rosie is our Owner and Founder, Personal Trainer Specialist, Fitness Kickboxing Canada Certified Level 1, 2, MMA Level 1 Member of Canfit Pro Canada and knowledge of Pre and Post Natal, Wellness and Nutrition.

My passion is to help others achieve their goals and to believe in themselves. I truly believe that anything is possible if you put your mind into it. My workouts are fun, challenging, and rewarding.
I’ve been involved in some form of Fitness all my life; I spent my teen years on various sports teams and as an adult, whether it be Fitness Kickboxing, Running 10km and Half Marathons, Dragon Boating, or now Obstacle Racing, I am a lover of all things physical.
I am a mother of 3 kids and at the age of 41, have adapted quite nicely to incorporating my own workouts into my busy Personal Training & Fitness Schedule as well to set an example of what hard work entails to get the healthy body and self confidence one wants, not only to my children, but to many women and men who surround me.
Well, that’s easy! It was about making sure that my workouts didn’t feel like a chore. I was motivated by the fact that being physical daily is a major contributor to living a long, healthy and happy life. My dad was a diabetic and had heart disease, growing up around this made me want to ensure I did everything possible to be healthy and stay fit. The challenge of pushing heavier weight and going harder at whatever exercise I’m trying is rewarding in itself.
The energy I get from my exercises and eating clean is remarkable and I love how I feel after the workout. My goal is to look lean and promote healthiness by enjoying a lifestyle. You don’t need to deprive yourself of indulging now and again, but I want to help you on your journey in finding a healthy eating plan that works for you, exercising control and moderation as far as nutrition is concerned and implementing a workout regime that works with your busy lives.
My personal favourites combine cardio and conditioning, whether it be kickboxing classes, or in a circuit setting best because you can get a solid 45 minutes of physical activity incorporating interval training, using both weights and cardio to achieve the optimal results.
Sometimes we need that little bit extra attention and push on a more personal level, If you are looking for an Individualized Program, Ironstone Fitness and Personal Training can work with you to achieve your personal goals.
We have worked with several clients on a one to one basis creating programs to suit their needs. We motivate you and hold you accountable to complete your sessions and follow through with your nutrition. Get your training in Markham.
Personal Training will consist of one to one training.
A program is created based on your goals and level of fitness where we have you do a Fitness Assessment.
We make changes to your program every few weeks to ensure your body doesn’t adapt to the same exercise.
In addition, this prevents any boredom in your workouts and will help you achieve best results.
We track your progress by photos and measurements, and can tailor a nutrition plan to your needs, if requested.
Nutrition is a big part of a healthy lifestyle, enjoying real food and finding a balance between eating healthy and incorporating a cheat meal now and again is the logical way of living.
Ironstone Fitness & Personal Training can provide guidance with your nutrition by creating an individualized plan to help you stay on track and provide tips on how to meal prep and provide some recipes.
